More killer stuff from Poulin.

This time it’s the LeGion, a white-hot face-melter of an amp.

This is high-gain beast right here, so much so that you’ll find you don’t even really need to put a traditional boost, such as a Tube Screamer at the front of this.

There’s not much more to be said. All the controls are standard so there’s no surprises there.

Suffice to say, the LeGion’s sound is thick, creamy, low-middy and meaty. The perfect choice for down-tuned metal or djent, or anything that needs a fat, but still fairly tight tone.

PROS: Huge tone, no TS required

CONS: None

I can honestly say, now that I’ve been using it a few weeks, that this head ROCKS!!!! I’ve been getting some pretty amazing results from this bad boy. Still fine tuning for that ‘there it is’ tone I want; but this definitely slays. Highly recommended.

Hi Jopar. I’ve found the same thing. I dismissed it the first couple of times I used it, now I think it’s my holy grail. I’ve been turning the gain right down and getting dollops of thick, throaty goodness out of it. It’s a beast.
